Orders are processed Monday though Friday from 9AM ET through 5PM ET and are shipped via Fedex. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping days do not include Sundays or Federal holidays. Domestic and International orders are calculated depending on your location and shipping option chosen. The customer is responsible for local duties and taxes at delivery in countries where applicable. Address verification and any shipping related issues by way of the carrier which are beyond our control may delay delivery of your order. Gaetani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. To track your order, please refer to your tracking number in your confirmation email.
Gaetani Brand will happily return any and all merchandise, as long as it is in its original condition and the return is requested within 7 days. Please see further details below:
Condition of merchandise
All returns must be in its original condition which means unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and hygiene labels. Any items not in their original condition and that are retuned to us soiled or showing evidence of wear and tear will not be processed.
In the interest of hygiene, please wear undergarments when trying on bottoms prior to taking the tags off and avoid make up coming into contact with the merchandise when trying them on. It is our discretion to decide if an item does not meet our return requirements, giving us the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. You can request a return by emailing us @ firstname.lastname@example.org The returned goods must be received within 10 days of receiving your item.
Merchandise returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind that your banking institution or Credit Card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once the return has been processed. Your refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
